A Good Leader is a Strong leader
Leadership is trailblazing
It is making a bold move on a conviction that is deep inside.
Leadership is about vision
Seeing what is not there so it can exist
Leadership is about people
First Helping them, secondly, loving them and then directing them
Leadership is about having a plan
Getting from point a to b, overcoming obstacles, and defeating opposition
Leadership makes you strong
The path is narrow but a disciplined mind can make it through
The path is hard but a determined mind will persevere
Finally leadership is costly
The cost is your time, effort, resources and strength.
But when it is exercised for a good cause it is always worth it!
