This book was very insightful and triggered my own introspection. I not only recognized family and “friends”, I recognized so many facets of myself. This read has helped me tremendously to deal with people – especially my clients! Very tastefully written. Clear, concise and so vivid!! The anecdotes and analogies used were so on point and hilarious; I could actually visualize grown folks doing these things in a sandbox!

It’s a easy read. Really good book! When I first started reading it is I was like oh this personality reminds me of this person and that person lol….but as I went further into it I realized that I saw a piece of me in every chapter. My whole book is completely highlighted like lord have mercy. Lol…I needed to see these things about myself. I love books that challenges me to grow to new levels! GREAT BOOK! GREAT BOOK! A MUST READ

Great Book!! I could see myself, my co-workers and my friends in this book. It caused me to see things from the other person’s perspective so that I can become more relatable to them in our encounters. It also caused me to do some introspection and confront some of the underlying issues that I needed to rid myself of. Self-Discovery, Leadership and Purpose was brought to the forefront of my thinking causing me to ponder…what am I building in my sandbox, why and with who? An inspirational and thought provoking book. I give it 5 stars
